Keep away from Marat (Alex) Tumasov. This guy is highly manipulative and a big liar. He has ability to suppress your critical thinking and will make you pay double price for your vehicle. We came to Galpin Honda to payoff our leased vehicle but he made my husband to sign the lease for a new vehicle which price was 28000 but the lease agreement was for 43000. And my husband does not remember what he was doing. If you don't want to be screwed over run away from Marat (Alex).

I bought a 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid L. Within a couple of months (less than 5 months) the car battery had totally died. It was replaced and a within two weeks another battery of the RecovR died. I been trying to deal (calls, messages) with Galpin Honda General Manager, but I have not heard from him.
